(17) Designed for tension/compression, the Model LFS 210 is a high alloy tool steel strain gage load cell, constructed of nickel plated alloy steel or double plated chrome. Compact form and high precision are combined in the S-shaped design, achieving an accuracy of ±0.05%. Tapped accessory holes accommodate eyebolts, rod ends and load buttons for compression or tension.
(11) The model LFS 230 Universal Beam is designed for tension/ compression force measurements and features the proven bending beam construction for high performance at a low cost. Adverse side loads which would destroy "can" type load cells are tolerated by the LFS 230. Matched outputs are also available.
(10) The LFS 242 is a low range load cell, which provides high accuracy for weighing or force measurement applications. This cell is made of aluminum, but is durable enough for most I applications. The LFS 242 has 10-32 UNC threads on both ends of the transducer for easy installation.
(7) The LFS 250 is a dual cantilevered, hermetically sealed, stainless steel beam load cell. This cell is designed for both tension and compression and harsh environments, where other cells will not work. It is capable of withstanding significant sideload without physical damage. The LFS 250 uses proven sealing techniques that provide superior waterproofing and combines welded metal seals and a water block cable entry system which will resist leakage.
(17) The LFS 260/262 are tension/compression low profile load cells. These compact units offer a unique combination of versatility in a wide range of capacities and a rugged construction. The 10 to 300 pound ranges are constructed of 2024 aluminum, while the larger capacities are constructed of stainless steel. The threaded end allows for easy mounting. The LFS 260 is offered with 10 feet of cable, while the LFS 262 may be purchased with a connector on the body of the cell.
(12) The LFS 270 is a miniature tension/compression load cell. This load cell offers a unique combination of compact size, with a high overload capacity rating of 1000% of full scale. The LFS 270 has two threaded #4-40 mounting holes on either end for easy installation.
(25) Low profile "pancake" type cells are engineered to measure loads from 5 to 500,000 pounds. The tension/compression LGP 310 is designed with a threaded hole running through the center of the cell. The LGP 310 utilizes two stabilizing diaphragms, which are welded to the sensing member to reduce off-center and side-loading effects. A load button may be desirable when using in compression or a pull plate when using in tension. This model must be used on a flat, smooth surface to achieve rated specifications. This unit can be hermetically sealed for added durability. (25) The compression-only model LGP 312 has a load button which is fixed as an integral part of the load cell and cannot be removed or changed. This model must be used on a flat smooth surface to achieve rated specifications. The LGP 312 achieves impressive linearity, hysteresis and repeatable specifications for applications which include; tube mills, extruding processes and weighing. A variety of options are available including: 0-5 Vdc, 4-20mA output, fatigue rating, high/low temperature compensation, hermetically sealed and ultra precision accuracy.
(18) The LGP320 is a low profile compression load cell constructed of stainless steel and designed to be used in applications where high accuracy is required. This cell has three threaded mounting holes and an integral load button. The LGP 320 is available as a dual bridge model and may be hermetically sealed for underwater applications. For best results, the LGP 320 should be mounted on a hard, flat, smooth surface. Some ranges are stocked for quick delivery.

(12) Models LPM 510 (compression only) subminiature load cells are designed to mea sure load ranges from 50 grams to 1000 pounds with a high frequency response rate. The subminiature dimensions, including diameters from 0.38" to 0.75" and Heights of 0.13" to 0.25" allow these units to be easily incorporated into systems having limited space. A small (1.0" long x 0.08" thick) circuit board is included in each load cell's lead wire cable for temperature compensation.

(3) The LPM 514 is a subminiature threaded stud load cell, which is designed to be incorporated into areas having limited space. The LPM 514 measures compressive forces axially through the threaded stud, which also provides for easy mounting. Its compact and stainless steel construction was designed to handle ranges from 10 to 50 pounds, but Cooper can build additional capacities upon request.
(18) The LPM 530 is a precision miniature force cell which measures both tension and compression load forces of 50 grams to 10,000 pounds. These models are highly accurate, rugged miniature load cells. Model LPM 530's welded, stainless steel construction utilizes a "triple" stack design to reduce the effects of off-axis loads. The internal construction assures excellent long term stability for ranges of 1000 grams and above. All of the basic engineered concepts of larger load cells, such as precision calibration, stabilizing diaphragms, temperature compensation, etc., are built into this model.
(2) The LPM 630 is designed to measure a wide variety of physical parameters such as pressure or acceleration. The anodized aluminum housing is screwed on the chrome plated front end which comes with a pair of locking nuts for convenient clamping on the mounting bracket. The gaging tip is made of hi-tensile 17.4 PH stainless steel in order to match the gaged part hardness wherever necessary. Two basic models are available: the ± 30 gram unit able to operate in both tension and compression and the 0-60 gram unit which is compression only.
(5) The model LQB 610 Shear Beam Load Cell is designed for use in low profile applications. The LQB 610 is environmentally protected with waterproof sealing and nickel plated high alloy tool steel. Loads are applied via load button above the beam or suspended on a wire rope assembly below the beam. The LQB 610 is most useful for high precision weight and force measurement where excellent performance, extreme ruggedness and low profile are important requirements.
(7) The LQB 620 is constructed of stainless steel and designed to perform in harsh, high shock load environments. This makes the LQB 620 ideal for platform scales, packaging and process weighing equipment.
(19) The model LRCN 710 ultra precision load cell provides superior scale quality and performance standards with an impressive ±0.08% accuracy. The cantilever beam design is combined with hermetically sealed stainless steel construction for high precision and reliability in harsh environments. Female threads facilitate tension and compression measurements for universal force and weighing applications.
(8) The model LRCN 730 is a high precision compression type load cell widely used throughout the weighing industry for truck, tank and track scales. It combines hermetically sealed stainless steel construction with an extremely high accuracy for precise weighing and force measurements in harsh environments. A rounded load button on the top ensures axial loading.
(14) Models LTR 810 Rod End In Line load cells are designed to provide excellent off-axis stability. This design allows the gages to be mounted on the closest possible center line of the cell and permits excellent long-term stability. Each unit is constructed of stainless steel and is hermetically sealed for use in corrosive and very high humidity environments. Model LTR 810 has male threads, while model LTR 812 has female threads. To achieve additional stability and ruggedness the threads are machined as an integral part of the load cell.
